Problems with instruments not showing up in kontact libraries

I downloaded some of the komplete 13 instruments a couple days ago, and am now downloading more - for example the amati viola, and its not showing up in the kontact library tab. any info on this?

    When you add any instruments to your libraries, always start Komplete Kontrol and/or Kontakt in Standalone mode first. This allows the respective databases to get updated.

    Also check in NA that they got installed to the same directory as your previous libraries.
