@Jeremy_NI ,Thank you for your reply and help, but it's still stuck on that page.

I contacted the customer service, and the customer service asked me to use VPN or check the carrier's network blockade.

I'm in Chinese mainland, It is illegal to use VPN.The download speed of the first generation version of Native Access was only a few Kb per second. The customer service told me that it was caused by the network blockade in some countries and regions.

Now, it can be judged that it is probably the network blockade caused by countries and regions, and there is no problem in my network.

There is one more product suggestion that I need to give you feedback. I am not satisfied with the existing product activation.

Can your company develop an activation program? Just like iLok and Steinberg activation software, the contract says that it can only be activated 3 times, and if the number of activations exceeds, all the software in one of the machines needs to be uninstalled. But where do I know how many activation times I have left, whether the uninstalled software has been completely uninstalled, and whether the activation times have been restored once?

I think the existing activation method is very unclear, and users simply don't know what machine their products are activated on, when they are activated, and how many activation times are left.

The contract must be implemented by a software, which can make users clearly know and understand the status and usability of the product.

I suggest that your company strengthen the development of product management software and the optimization of global servers. Only when the user experience feels very good results, the users will make further consumption. Even in many years before, including now, in some countries, even your company's website can't be accessed, so as to enhance the user experience and make users feel the clarity, awareness and portability of all aspects.

Your company always mentions the powerful function of so-and-so in software , but I don't think so when actually using it. Your company still has a lot to improve. I hope your company's development team will develop software that meets users' needs based on their actual needs, and optimize your website and server at the same time. From many years ago to now, I often see posts complaining about your company's network quality and library management in music forums. Many of those people don't use your company's products anymore, which is the importance of user experience.

I'm here to give you direct feedback because customer service is like a robot. I hope you can submit these suggestions to the development team. Thanks.

@SamClack There are some specifics for China, in that case you will get better help and information about these specifics with our Chinese supporters.

About the activation, don't worry, we usually see the computer's profile on the activations and you can always contact ouyr support if you have any issue on that matter but that's pretty rare.

I will forward the rest of your comments to the respective teams, thanks for the input.

Yeah definitely. So far I'm still waiting on support, in the meantime see if youre able to download Native Access 1. I was unable to, but it might be worth a shot for you!

Hi, why is NA2 soooooooooooo sloooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww?

A new code base should be 10X faster on modern hardware, I am running an M1 PRO MBP and the old version loaded almost instantly, this new version takes about a minute to load.

    Please address.

    Thanks!

The Native Access team is aware of the issue and are currently working on it. Hopefully the next Native Access updates will be faster to load.

Mac ARM version still needs Rosetta for installing NTK Daemon. Please fix this.

    Hi

I am really frustrated that Native Access gives me the error Waiting for Connection which is a holdover from Native Access. I am using an Intel Mac and I have had this issue for at least 2 years. I have virus protection turned off and am not using a VPN and my Mac firewall is off. When I read the online sheet that NI provide it has things like turn off file vault - that is just incredibly inane. So why is it that the ITALIANS at IK Multimedia have an update system that finally works (theirs was a pain for a long time) and the GERMANS at NI cannot provide a simple update scheme that works without turning off all of your security? For years Native Access has hung up for hours for me - if I leave it overnight it eventually updates but I get a message from my firewall that a breach was attempted and I get a notification from my virus protection that I have a trojan. Really?

This Native Access 2 is an utter hot mess! It doesn't work on M1 (Intel or M1 version), even with the suggested fixes above, and shouldn't have been released. Come on guys this is pretty bad.

@jeffGeo @xgman I see that you didn't contact our Native Access specialists, there is a link at the end of the first post: http://bit.ly/NIsupport_install They could help.

Everyone is working hard to improve things, as you can see there are very regular Native Access 2 updates.

I did contact a rep via email and now submitted your link. Hope this can be resolved quickly. I am in the beta program and am not used to installs not working even on early betas. I tried intel, M1, and Rosetta. nada...

by the way, is there a NA2 change-log somewhere?

Bought Guitar Rig yesterday, until now pure frustration. Have the same message: "Dependency installation process is taking longer than normal..." on Native Access. Have send a mail to support. Did anyone get a solution for this? (Windows 10)

Okay, received a mail and using an older version of Native Access now. That works.
