How do I get the pads to play a sample the same speed

I Load a sample say a 808 bass one shot and as I hit the first pad it plays the sound. When I hit an other pad it plays it faster. How do I get it so all the 16 pads play same speed?

    That is a question for the NI engineers. The sampler does not have warp/on the fly time stretch. You can try the audio module which does, but then I don’t know if it has ASDR envelopes. The lack of real time time stretch in sampler is really a bummer and has been haunting us for years.
