Hello. Need your help. I have an old Traktor Kontrol S4 MK1. I worked for the last time a couple of years ago, everything was fine. Now, like many people, after a couple of years I can’t connect it to the new system. I read all the troubleshooting, but it still doesn’t work. What exactly did I do?

  1. First installed native access
  2. Installed Traktor Pro 2 from it
  3. Connected Traktor S4 (the system automatically configures it, but incorrectly)
  4. Installed the driver, downloaded it from the site (as written in troubleshooting)
  5. In the device manager there is a triangle on the hardware icon, clicked update the driver and found it on the disk (namely MK1). Everything was installed correctly and the system reported this.
  6. The connection icon in the center of my equipment stopped blinking and began to light constantly.
  7. I launched Traktor Pro 2, it sees the connected Traktor S4 and you can even turn on the sound through it (which means that everything seems to be working fine). But I can't control anything. Usually, after proper connection, all the lights light up, but here only the connection icon is constantly on.

It looks like I did everything right, but it's like I forgot something.
I bought a new USB cable, tried it on a laptop and a desktop computer, the result was the same.

At the end of the troubleshooting it says that NIHostIntegrationAgent and NIHardwareService services should be running, but I don’t have them (completely, not just disabled). Perhaps this is why something goes wrong. I will be glad to see your advice. Thank you all in advance
