Screens Traktor S8 off/not working

hello, I have been using my NI Traktor S8 for years now, it has always performed well.

Since a few weeks ago my 2 screens on the S8 do not function anymore.

i cant seem to turn them on again.


does anyone has Insight for me to solve/unlock this issue?

    Doesnt look good on the screens. Your best bet is contacting NI support.
