traktor kontrol x1 mk2 led lights problem

Hi, I'm hirender Kumar

I recently use my Traktor Kontrol X1 mk2 after a long Time. It's connect and working properly with Traktor Pro3 and Traktor Pro4 but it's some button led light alway on and some button lights not on when play the x1 mk2. I disconnect and connect many time but problem is same. I delete the mapping and restore many time but problem not solve if somebody idea of this problem let me know

Which LED seems to be the issue?

Does the same problem could be duplicated by changing colors in the Controller Editor app?

Hi stevan

all most every buttons light always on except deck 1 and deck 2 cue 1 and cue2 button light.

Deck B Display also does not work properly

Unfortunately, that looks like a hardware issue to me. Is X1 connected to Traktor when you see those odd display numbers?

@Stevan Thanks for information . One more issue with my Traktor x1 , the x1 mapping does not showing control manager. I reset and delete mapping many time but not showing in the control manager

That bit is normal for Mk2, all mappings are hidden under the hood and you only see those new ones that you Add In/Out.
