Timecode setup for Traktor Pro 4 + Mac M2 + Kontrol Z2

Hi,

I've recently bought a replacement mac for my Traktor 2 set up, and I had to buy Traktor 4.

I am now trying to set it up, but I'm alarmed by the removal of the setup wizard, which previously detected my hardware and configured the application for timecode vinyl.

I have no idea how to set it up manually.

I have:

  • Mac Mini M2
  • Traktor Pro 4
  • 2 x Turntables
  • Traktor Kontrol Z2 mixer
  • Timecode vinyls x 2

Can anyone help me, please?

    Quick update: I booted up my Traktor 2 machine, exported settings, and imported into Traktor Pro 4 on the M2, and the timecode vinyls are now working….but none of the Z2 mixer buttons or faders are having any affect on the software.

    This is a bit of a nightmare, to be honest. Any help you can offer would be much appreciated.
