issue with loading track that completely blocks the deck

Hi,

I am running TP 4.1.1. on Mac OS M3 Sonoma 14.6.1 together with XDJ MK2

To prevent misuse during gigs, I have configured in settings/ Loading "loading only into stopped deck". The thing is, even on a stopped deck, I am sometimes not able to load a track (I got an error message).

To stop this, I had to untick the "loading only into stopped deck".

Has someone already dealt with that kind of issue ? Any tip to fix this ?

    It is a known issue, for many years. Last I heard about it from the devs they say it's rare and they don't have enough data to reproduce and fix it.

    When I asked if the community could help in any way (send logs or memory dump?) they did not answer.

    It's bad.

    @lord-carlos thanks for your answer. At least, I am not the only one ;). That's s a shame that dev are not able to replicate it. Just silly question : how do you export the logs on traktor ? cause I checked the setting and nowhere I see this feature

    I can't remember, but I think there are some in the ~/Documents/Native Instruments/Traktor X.X.X/ folder
