Kontrol F1 detected by Windows and Controller Editor but not Traktor itself!?

Its the weirdest thing….
I added a F1 (R2) to the X1 MK2 and Z1 I already had and were working perfectly on my Windows 11 system howver it doesnt appear in th list of Controllers under Preferences/Controller Manager like the others. I can see it and interact with it when I launch the NI Controller Editor and I see it under Device MAnager and in the connected USB devices in Windows. I have re-installed the driver, the controller manager…. What else can I try? I bough the F1 second hand but NI helped me to register it properly under NI's "My Products" page…. Im using Traktor LE 3.8.0 46.

    Hello,

    so you can't add a mapping from the drop down menu with F1 MK2 in the name and set then the midi in and out to the F1?

    Heya Uwe. Thanks for the reply but I dont see the F1 anywhere under the controller manager at all. In fact, when I run the setup wizard it says all devices are already configured but it does not list the F1. Any other ideas?
