Abbey Road Modern Drummer Installed but Paused and repeated Download Failed message

Purchased Abbey Road Modern Drummer, problem as described and has occurred repeatedly.

The software observed to download in full via Native Access (7.85GB/7.885GB), then becomes stuck before Download Failed message appears, and download pauses permanently. All content IS downloaded to the correct folder path, in a subfolder, and includes the .ncint file as well as kits/samples/etc.

I have installed it to an external SSD. All other NI software purchased together with Modern Drummer has installed correctly. All updates install normally, just this software. I have tried all recommended fixes (private relay/granting disk access to NTKD/Native Access, etc.)

Is there any fix for this, please? And if not, how do I go about getting a refund? Advice appreciated.

Mac OS Sequoia 15.5, M1 Pro MacBook Pro Native Access ver 3.18.1.

    UPDATE: This issue was RESOLVED, although NOT using Native Access. I contacted NI support via Live Chat and was given a link to download an ISO manual install of AR Modern Drummer.

    In case you face the same challenge I did, Mac OS did not recognise the ISO as safe to open, prevented me from opening the installer and instead wanted to send it to the trash. The specific message was

    A little Googling led me to discover that (if you are on Mac OS Sequoia) and you receive the “cannot open software” message from the OS, go to Settings, Privacy & Security and look for Security. There you will see an option to open the ISO/software anyway. I clicked on it and the manual installer was able to save a working version of AR Modern Drummer in my DAW (Logic Pro). Do note that according to Apple’s information, the option to open the software will stay in that Security Setting for an hour after you first tried to open it.

    Edit: hit send too soon - the specific message was “Apple could not verify “Abbey Road Modern Drummer 1.3.0 Installer Mac.pkg” is free of malware that may harm your Mac or compromise your privacy" 

    I do hope that installations of NI software downloads can be relooked and improved where necessary as I have seen quite a few posts with similar problems to mine.
