Need a lot more information on what is going on here. Komplete 13 has been discontinued for years.

Komplete 15 is the latest. And you will need internet access for that.

And if you have no internet - how did you add this post to the forums?

]hone. Tracfone to.be exact. My invoice said 14 was sent as well. In the past, updates were sent when late purchases were made.

I think your only move right now is to immediately contact NI Sales support here:

    Purchase Support – Native Instruments

And have them check on your NI account, purchase history, whereabouts of prior product and so on. This WILL require internet access - and you should be able to do it via your phone.

You will need to be able to login to your NI Account online first - before starting any interactions with Support.

    Good luck.

There is no hard drive option for Komplete 13.

    But more importantly…

OP does not meet the minimum requirements for Komplete 13 (or any version of Komplete for probably more than 15 years now).

This, directly from the "Minimum Requirements" for Komplete 13.

Native Access: An internet connection is required to install and activate the products, but once installed, they can be used offline

Internet on your phone used to make the purchase 3+ years ago does NOT meet the minimum requirements, unless your phone can function as an internet "hot spot" for the type of computer you are using.

If OP is unwilling or unable to get internet, then OP is refusing to meet the minimum requirements.

There are other requirements to note too; I'll bet there are others that the OP (or his computer) won't meet for one reason or another.

Komplete 13 was for sale back in 2022. I'm not even sure if it's refundable now; especially since OP bought this software without meeting the minimum requirements…which is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller. The seller published the requirements, and OP either didn't read them or just flat out ignored them.

And THEN the OP did nothing to seek a refund either through Native Instruments or his payment processor (credit card, debit card, or other).

My recommendation is for OP to ask for a refund, and provide any proof of purchase that NI asks for. And then hope for the best.

    Good luck.
