Adittional -10% code for summer of sound

Hi, received a code via mail for an personal additional -10% code for software offers during summer of sound >200€. Tried to use it for update Komplete 15 collectors 249€ but it says it does not work for this offer? Anyone have a clue why this is? Thx Oliver

    Most likely because Komplete is already on sale. That would not qualify.

    More likely because upgrades are not discountable. SHould state in the T&C of the code use. Usually cannot be used on items already on sale, upgrades/crossgrades or hardware.

    This copy of the NI mail says in addition to the summer of sound discount and it was not excluding updates mmh…

    The story with NI vouchers is complicated. Usually you always have some fine print at the bottom of the mail. You have to read it carefully. Most NI vouchers exclude hardware, already discounted products, subscriptions, education licenses, updates and upgrades. During Summer of Sound there often some vouchers which differ from these general rules. An example: Last year and this year I got vouchers which didn't exclude already dicounted products, updates and upgrades (but still hardware, subscriptions and edu licenses). These had a minimum cart value, which had to be matched strictly. This year I bought Komplete 15 Ultimate upgrade (from Komplete 14 Standard) priced at 299,50€ - minimum value for the voucher was 300€. So I added a Massive X Expansion (already included in Komplete 15 Ultimate) priced at 8,70€ to qualify.
