Hi. I m Naiani. I want to ask you about Pre-listen Headphone cue at Traktor Z1 Mk2, how to be able to use them. My headphones have sound, from the decks without the option to use the pre-listen Headphone cue. And if you can help me please. Bye.

Check the Output Routing in the settings screen.

Normally main out set to 1-2 or main out, and headphones out to 3-4, you open the preferences (wheel on the upper right) and go to audio routing or something like that.

@Uwe 303 . Do you know how can i configure everything at Audio setup ,so i could use my headphones . I think is something that i don t understand . If you can help me , i ll wait an answer .

it´s like described in the linked article in my last post, only the naming of the selectable audio outputs could vary, like 1-2 or 3-4. I can´t describe it better as in this article. You only have to be sure that you first select your interface, the z1 asio would be best, under the "audio setup" tab, only then it makes sense to select the outputs under the "output routing" tab. I guess you have installed the driver.

P.S. i found this maybe you have the same problem, can you please check the options you see under the "audio setup" tab and maybe post a screenshot here

Also make sure you plug the headphones in the front and not the back ☺️
