Traktor Freezes when relocating a missed track 4.2.0 MAC

    Did you update Traktor4 from Traktor Pro 3 or from a previous version of Traktor Pro 4?

    If you updated from Traktor 3 and this is the first version of Traktor 4 EG: 4.0 then only Traktor 3 will have back ups, if you updated from Traktor pro 4 Eg 4.0 to 4.1 or to the latest Traktor pro 4.2 then it would have created a backup folder with Traktor 4..0 or 4.1 in the backup folder.

    What version of Traktor Pro 4 are you on?

    Hi, thanks for the reply, I updated from Traktor 3 to 4 (subsequently from 4 to 4.1 then 4.2), however I have already tried reinstalling Traktor 4 directly. but during the relocate it gives me the same problem (it freezes). 
Do you have the path where the bacup folder is created?

    Traktor we are still waiting for you to resolve this issue which is taking longer than building a rocket. Yes we do understand that sorting out DJ issues is not your priority now as it was in the early days of Traktor. But on the same token spending just even a week to sort this out is not asking too much from your customers. I am not a fan of Serato or VDJ but I think its about time some us start thinking of jumping the ship before it sinks.
