Maschine Software Freezing When Loading Presets + When Quitting The Application

Having a lot of problems with Maschine at the moment. It started around the same time two things happened:

• My Mac consistently wouldn't let me eject the external drive that contains my Komplete library (learned this was due to Spotlight constantly trying to access the drive), so I had to Force Eject a few times
• Native Access kept failing the update of the Maschine 3 software — apparently this was down to Native Access not having full disk access in my OS settings. Once I changed this, it still didn't work, then apparently the whole Maschine app needed Repair. Did that, and everything was working again

I've been messing around in the software today, and started to find that:

• Every time I tried to load a preset, the software would freeze until I had to Force Quit
• After that, I found that every preset I loaded (might be important to note that I obviously didn't try every single instrument) would play the preview fine when browsing, but the preset didn't load — sound was just the basic synth sound and none of the macros/parameters would show on Maschinea
• Then I discovered that every time I tried to quit Maschine, it would freeze until I had to Force Quit

Is something corrupt somewhere? Am I going to need to just wipe everything and reinstall? If so, what would be the best way of going about that?
