How can I tell which instruments an expansions pack applies to?

Hi!

How can I tell which instruments an expansions pack applies to?

For example. Haze says it requires Maschine, but under that it says it contains presets for Massive X.

Molten Veil says it requires Kontakt, but as far as I can see, it's just Battery Drum Kits and the manual is titled Maschine Expansions Setup Guide.

I'm finding this very confusing and not at all intuitive. Is there a straightforward way to tell which instruments an expansions pack applies to?

Thanks.

The best way is to check the product page on the web site.

Not sure why Native Access is saying Kontakt is a requirement for Molten Veil as the web page very clearly says "Maschine, Battery, Monark and Massive". The latest update included samples and loops you can load into Leap (Kontakt) but it's definitely not a requirement to use the product.

Likewise, Haze is a Massive X expansion even though Native Access seems to think it requires Maschine. The same thing happens with a lot of expansions so looks like it's a general problem.

@Jeremy_NI is this something that needs flagging to the content team?

@mykejb Indeed, this is not ideal, will report to the Native Access team. Thenks for reporting and flagging this, also to @AMD here.

Thank you both. I have similar issues with other expansions also.

I'll ignore Native Access for now and check the website for each product. Hopefully NI fix this in Native Access soon.
