I just renewed my Komplete 15 license but am still seeing ads to upgrade

You might have an unused upgrade path , the N.I. computer is not very bright when it comes to things like that. It could be that you have an extra Komplete Select that entitles you to buy an upgrade for that - or whatever , it could also be that N.I. is slow at updating the info.

Anyway , no matter how pretty you otherwise think that Native Access is then rather than being annoyed with it then it's much better to ignore such minor annoyances and simply close the app when you do not need it.

That panel in Native Access - has zero knowledge of the real world.

Hence - whether you upgraded or not (I did too this past week) - that panel will be on display - forever.

Do what I do - simply click Library on the left upper panel and ignore this.
