Fair enough. Your screens are much different than mine.

But as Jeremy has said - this forum is not the place to solve this.

Connecting with NI Support is the solution.

Thanks. Yes, I've written to support, got the chatbot to refer to support, and had support referred at least twice in this thread. I've even asked Gemini, CharGPT and Grok, gone thru NI FAQ's, googled, looked on reddit etc etc :)

Support are simply not replying, unfortunately. This really can't be so hard for someone knowledgeable to answer.

I agree that the if it were GST that it would have been $330, and that it does look, more like a credit card fee, but you don't get charged those on purchase. In my case it should be interest free for 3 months.

What I am suggesting though, is that GST is a local taxation system where as being online form oversees would probably have its own independent tax fees. Similar to the way we have to pay import tax on international purchases over $1000. Though that's possible less now.

On the other point of what you are saying with local traders charging less than an NI online order, well that is a bit of a mystery. First guess is that buying in bulk may have reduced the cost on their end so they can pass on the savings. Or perhaps the keyboard being sol with that bundle isn't the latest generation?!?
