Battery has spontaneously reset to factory defaults - cannot relocate samples/expansions

Battery 4.3.1

MacOS 15.5

Mac mini M2 Pro

Ever since updating Battery to most recent version, Ever since the forced update to NATIVE ACCESS… Battery reset to factory default. Battery does not "see" any of the expansions I have installed. And I cannot make it locate the kit and sample locations, which are located on my external SSD. See attached screenshot of Battery opened in stand alone and example of some the expansions that are not showing up in Battery's Kit browser.

Next, see attached screenshot of trying to make Battery point to the file locations. It doesn't do anything after choosing the folder location, and there is not option to close the window.

If I try to make Battery search my system, it crashes 100% of the time. See attached screenshots.

I'm very confused how to fix this without messing everything else up. Should I uninstall Battery and reinstall? If I do so, will it duplicate the sample library? After reinstall, will it automatically see the expansions I already have installed? How does this affect Komplete?

@oobe79 How do the expansions show in Native Access? With a repair sign?

Can you check the installation file path and take screenshots for one of the missing products?

Thanks for responding. Some of them did, in fact, show "Repair" in Native Access. There were many instances of this that involved both Expansions and Kontakt instruments (East Asia, Ashlight, etc.). I went through each one diligently and pointed Native Access to each one, successfully "repairing" them. Some of them, about 10% I estimate, said to "Update" after the repair was done, even though everything that I have installed was already the most recent version. This is very weird behavior.

But unfortunately, this did not fix the problem. After repairing and updating everything in Native Access, I opened up Battery, and it still does not show any of the Expansion kits in the preset browser. Using the search feature in Battery does not find any of these factory kits either. It's only the factory kits that are shown. I then reinstalled Battery from Native Access, but it did not fix the problem. Attached screenshots show a portion of my Native Instruments Library (installation path) with some expansions, such as Deep Matter side-by-side to Battery's preset browser that does not show Deep Matter (or any other expansion kits).

Lastly, these Expansions are showing up in the Battery Library under Settings. I will use Deep matter again as an example. See attached screenshot.

@oobe79 Ok but can you post screenshots I've asked for? There's an ongoing issue for some Mac users with Native Access, we would like to see if that's happening to you too. It will be helpful for the troubleshooting.
