Komplete 15 Standard Showing Everything is Demo

in Komplete General

I recently bought Komplete 15 Standard, and activated my key on my account.

I have logged into native access with that same email address.

Everything however is showing as DEMO after installing.

I am looking at the included products page:

These are listed as included and no where does it mention its only a demo.

Does anyone know how to resolve this?

    @Saddeus It looks like you bought a bundle with a keyboard? For the Komplete bundle to be activated you need to have the base product registered. The base product in this case is the keyboard. Once you receive it and register the hardware serial it will activate the bundle.

    if you use mac os, have you granted full disk access to all the native instruments apps:
