@MATAKAO My colleagues got back to you, once you have successfully submitted a request and got an email notification, there's no need to create several requests for the same object, it only slows down the process.

Well, I hope this helps somebody.

I'm another person who uses Firefox as my primary browser on PC. At times, if something isn't behaving correctly, I will try Edge or Chrome to see if that function works. It always does work with the other browser. And yeah, it's always something I don't do very often…like open a chat help page or open a settings dialog's help page that I rarely need.

I know it's probably because I need to completely reset Firefox and start from zero. I've been just upgrading it (like I do for Windows) over the last 12+ years or so. The things that are broken/not working aren't yet bad enough or numerous enough for me to go through the pain of losing all my cookies, passwords, histories, and everything else.

I've been doing this for about a year now. For 95% of everything I do, Firefox works as expected. For that other 5%, it's just not worth breaking everything else. Maybe if I get to 80% working and 20% not working, I'll change my mind. At the current pace, that might happen around 2034. 2035 if I decide to take that sabbatical and go to Africa to watch the elephants and giraffe play. 😏
