No confirmation email and no e-voucher

Dear support team,
I have registered Komplete 15 Ultimate CE on 23.5. and didn't receive a confirmation email and no e-voucher yet. Could you please take a look into it?

I normally use Firefox only and there it does not work. With Edge I could open the support chat and now I have a support ticket.

@rsm Do you have a ticket number? I can't find you in our system, have you used the same email address as for this forum? I can see that the bundle is successfully registered to your account so your products should be available in Native Access.

@rsm That might be a sign you are not getting our emails for some reason, please check your inbox/spam/filters.
What is/was the last message? Can you give it a try again and post a screenshot of what's the last thing shown by the chatbot?

I already checked the spam folder. The email with the Plugin Alliance bundle registration code has arrived.

Ok, I tried again with the chatbot, but no success. My product is registered in my account and that counts.
I waive the e-voucher and simply do not buy anything extra. Too complicated and time consuming.Thank you Jeremy. Have a nice day.

Hello I've got the same problem.. I've bought last week a Komplete 15 ultimate upgrade, I got received the plugin alliance email, but not my 25$ voucher for N.I shop as usual. Can you check this? Iv'e contacted the chatbot, waiting for an agent, but nobody reposnds and the waiting is very long !!! Take me in touch… it seems that the S.O.S is very hard times for the N.I team, forresponds to everyone. Patience, patience…
