I cant dowload Traktor Pro 3, I only have access to Traktor DJ2

Hi native community,
Recently, I started using my Traktor kontrol s2 again after a long time. I wanted to connect my beatport account to the software that I have for this controller but its not possible as i have the old one. Now I wanted to dowload the Traktor pro 3 software but its not available as the only software linked to my account is the one i arleady have.
I really want to use the Traktor 3 pro as the one iu have now is way too simple
What should i do, helpe pls

    As you are writing that you'll have the old S2: Which one do you have? Mk1, Mk2 (or maybe Mk3)? What type of computer are you using? A Mac? In that case: Which version of macOS?

    If it is a Mk1 or Mk2 it is possible that it was delivered with Traktor Pro 2 back in the day. In that case Native Access doesn't offer installation on current versions of macOS as it isn't compatible with these. In that case drivers for S2 Mk1 aren't compatible with current Macs too. These units are only useable on old Macs and Windows today.

    Or is it possible that you have another Native ID to which your version of Traktor Pro is registered.
