It will of course always rebuild the database but it should not now be rebuilding from backup but from scratch - using what information it gets from Native Access about what is installed but not custom libraries.

So are you still seeing custom libraries and if so which ones?

    That is completely normal.

Now that everything is reinstalled clean - could you please list - in extreme detail - the "custom libraries" that you feel you must to add through this Import Content dialog?

Knowing that you must ONLY add single folders everytime.

I don't wanna add custom libraries. Quite the opposite. I want to have K8 only with Komplete, but is still building the database from those root addresses I can't delete from the add custom libs dialog.

If you do not want to import custom library content - there is no need whatsoever to ever go near this dialog. It only exists to import custom content.

The installs of K8 and ALL of Komplete are taken care of by Native Access by default. There is no need to “import content” for any Komplete-based Kontakt instrument.

None of us use this dialog for anything except to Import Content (like the dialog title) to allow older, non NKS libraries (that load via the Files menu) to add their presets to the Kontakt Library view.

Respectfully I must admit - I still have no idea exactly what it is you are trying to do - but it appears that you are not understanding what this dialog is actually used for in a general sense.

I don't think it is clear from your posts what it was, exactly, that you added. What is showing in your browser that you don't want there?
