Can't install new libraries in Native Access...

Hi, Ii have been a user for years. I had Komplete Ultimate Collector's Edition14 and decided to take advantage of the sale to upgrade to Native 15 Collector's Edition. I then launch Native Access and try to download the new libraries, but I only get the message Download paused. I can click on a "PLAY" button to resume download, then get the message: Download failed. I can still, however, download and install the updates to my other libraries from Komplete 14. I am on a Mac Pro and run the latest version of Sequoia. Can anyone hrlp, or does anyone have the same issue?

Hi Uwe, thanks for your reply! That can't be the problem. I have about 40TB in my MacPro and only about 10TB is used so far. I tried downloading yesterday afternoon, tried again this morning and it didn't work. I have just tried it again without changing any setting and now it seems to be working! I can't wait to test those new libraries!!

Hello,

have you checked that you have enough space for the download and for the installation. If updates work and a full installations don't, it sounds to me like that. You can also try to clear the download location like described here:
