Native Access Log Iin Error

Hi does anyone know if there's a solution to issues logging into Native Access?I I have followed the suggested solution on the support page several times and get the same result.

And I am assuming you are using your exact same credentials as you would use to login to your actual NI Account via the Native Instruments web site?

Have you tried to login to your account to ensure whatever username/password you are using is valid?

yes I can log in to my account on the NI site using the name and password.

Well - not sure what to tell you. I have been in and out of Native Access several times today.

Another question - which I wish you could confirm via screencap - is - what version of Native Access are you using? And on what OS?

It's version 3.18.1 and MacOS 15.5

Unfortunately I can't post the screen cap. When I do I get the error "Body is 9 characters too short."

Would that include the ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS ? and the quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network ?

Went through all the steps to for full disk access and adding to local network and still get the same error when logging in. It's a new MacBook Pro M4 Max. Don't know if that's the issue. Not having this problem with any other app managers. I have a ticket in. Thanks for your help.
