Komplete Kontrol A61 sudden pitch shift

My Komplete Kontrol A61 is suddenly pitch shifting on it's own. I asked chatgpt and it says it is a potentiometer. Can anybody help me on how to fix it?

    Hello,

    are the keys just shifted, then try to use the two buttons over the two wheels, oktave up and oktave down. Or is it the pitch bend wheel causing that issue, what software do you use with the keyboard what DAW, maybe it has a midi monitor to check what's going on, what midi messages are coming from the keyboard.
