Traktor Freezes when relocating a missed track 4.2.0 MAC

Traktor Pro 4 is freezing when you try to relate a missed track you had in your crates. This just started 4 days ago I guess after the recent updates. 3 of my other DJ friends also have experienced this over the weekend.

Can someone in support help with this or has someone else experienced this over the past 3 days. Thanks

    Yes, it's a known problem with 4.2 on mac. You can use the backup to start 4.1

    Thank you for your advise. Native Native is not saying anything as per their tradition to go quiet for ages. That is if you are lucky they will respond.

    So martinnix when will this be resolved and how can I downgrade to 4.1 while waiting for you guys to sort this out?

    What to do when I don't have old version and I've just downloaded bugged version? When this issue will be fixed?

    I am sorry if you downgrade it will take out all the new tracks you loaded after you upgraded from 4.1 to 4.2. To some of us it will mean losing hundredsof tracks. Just a bit surprise that tracktor cannot resolve this with a firmware or a new update that will not cause you losing all tracks you loaded after upgrading to 4.2.

    These are some of the reasons why some people think Traktor has lost the market not because it's not a great software . I now have to switch back to Serato that I don't like that much for fear of Traktor freezing in the middle of a gig.

    And guess what there was an issue with Serator last week and when we sent a message, it took them just 48 hours to resolve it.

    Plrease traktor just do something to us your loyal customers for over 15 years. That banter we use to have with friends who left your can no longer hold if this is how you handle a serious issue like this one.

    You can't give a time frame that you will resolve this. This quick fix solution to resolve this issue is going to cause us more headache and loss of our tracks.
