Bought Komplete 15 Ultimate upgrade, can't download...

So I've progressively upgraded Komplete since Komplete 8. I upgraded to Komplete 14 Ultimate in 2022, and I did the pre-purchase for Komplete 15 Ultimate beginning of September when they announced it.

I can't download Komplete 15 from Native Access. In the app nothing shows up. Online, I can see the purchase, but under "My Products, Serials, and Downloads" Komplete 15 Ultimate shows up as "Not Registered". If I try to enter the serial manually into Native Access, it says "your account is missing the base product for this serial".

Of course, I received emails from NI saying that it's ready to download, but I have no idea how to do this if Native Access isn't letting me… any ideas?

    I have a similar problem. KOMPLETE 15 ULTIMATE Upgrade for KSelect purchased and can be seen in products - but not in the app to install it other than a list of products with no reference to K15.

    That's correct. You won't see anything listed in NA as Komplete 15, just separate listings of all the products in the bundle.

    Similar problem as the OP - as in "Missing Base Product" or is your K15 Ultimate showing in your NI Acct - as good to go?

    If it is good to go - and you do not see it in Native Access - either you are using possibly a really old version of Native Access - or the credentials you are using to login to Native Access - are not identical to the credentials used to access your NI Acct.

    Your NI Acct and NA - are mirrors. If a product is your NI Acct - and is correctly registered - it will be in Native Access and will be ready to go.
