in Komplete General

How can I tell if I qualify for the Komplete Update ? I have a ton of NI Software and expansions and don't want to buy the full version if I don't have too.

    The Komplete update is if you own a previous version of Komplete 2-14 and want to update to latest version, which is 15. It is up to you if you want to purchase, it isn't compulsory.

    If you're logged into the site while you're looking at pricing it should show you any crossgrade pricing you're entitled to.

    In general Upgrade is Standard to Complete or Complete to Ultimate. Update is from a lower version number to a higher version of the same product, eg K14U to K15U.

    Generally speaking then the best and most economic deal is getting one of the Komplete bundles - especially if bought on a sale.

    Check your My Komplete Offers page when logged in.

    You can also see what can be used as base for what and bundle content at the bundle compare page in section prices. (prices shown are always present prices)

    If not already conscious about it, then take notice of the difference between the updates and the upgrades .You can see the difference at the compare prices at the compare page But update is from same product tier to same tier of newer version and upgrade is from a lower product tier to a higher product tier of same or newer generation.
