    Hello, is there a program, virtual instruments, or a Windows 10 update that could cause problems?

    I am waiting for a response from support, but since I am at it, I will make a list of the programs I have installed since the beginning of May and send it to support.

    Hello,

    can someone explain to me the importance of Daemon in the Native Access program, and how it is that there are no problems with Windows 11 but for me, Windows 10 is buggy.


    I have a connection with support; we have just installed version 3.14.0.0, but the intrusion of the new version forces me to uninstall and reinstall in some cases.


    Are we going to be forced to ditch our old PCs that can't upgrade to Windows 11 in order to progress with new products, when for the moment with other N.I competitors this poses no problem?


    This leaves me doubtful about upgrading to Komplete 15 Standard, but I have the impression that small budget users are not a priority since this problem is recurring.

    I thank the technicians who are doing their best to find out the reason.

    Perhaps there are no solutions other than investing in other machines, not for me yet.

    There are many users still using Windows 10 with absolutely no problems. I have been a long time Windows 10 user myself and only switched to Windows 11 late last year. My experience with Windows 10 and N.A. 3.x.x is that it in general worked rather well on Windows 10.

    The problem is with your particular setup and you need to keep working with N.I. support to to fix the problem.

    Good evening, and well, for a new development, this is good news for me.

    Is it due to a correction of the maintenance or because I received an update of the Steinberg installation program with the files in the screenshot and removed Dorico 5 and 6 free and everything is working now, as well as for Kontakt 8 Player.

    I wanted to share this with you.

    Yes , the dependencies are a source of error , I mentioned them on my list May 17th at bottom of the post as something to uninstall and then re-install 😉

    Anyway , it's great that you got things working so that you can enjoy your software 🙂
