    The 10% is valid for anything apart from EDU, hardware, subscriptions and NFR products which is probably a good deal if you're looking to upgrade Komplete or buying a bunch of other products.

    I'm feeling like the the least favourite NI customer here(!)...whilst I received the email that summer of sound was about to start.... I haven't received any discount voucher 🙁... did that email come separately ... did it come at the same time?

    Mine came at the same time in a different email. I'm not sure who gets the vouchers, maybe @Jeremy_NI can clarify if it's everyone or just a selection of customers.

    I really don’t understand how they make the decision of who is getting that 10% off code. I am a loyal customer since the first Maschine micro, in addition to some hardware I bought Komplete and some other software instruments and expansions. I also was offered the 360 subscription for a discounted rate prior to official release and had it running quite some time until I upgraded to Komplete 15. So what else do I need to prove that I’m a loyal customer? I really want to know how they make that up.

    That being the case, I suspect there's something not right with your account and NI, maybe contact support and ask them?

    Hi, thank you I would really appreciate it. I plan to upgrade Komplete Ultimate and would love the code. It really seems weird that I didn’t get one in the first place. Thank you very much!

    I see some are commenting here, and elsewhere (VI Control), that it seems arbitrary if you receive the 10% discount email or not. Think I might have been sent one last year, but didn't upgrade. This year I definitely will!

    On the same boat, didn't receive a 10% discount voucher😥Was hyped for this year's SoS to buy into the Komplete bundle for the first time
