I want to sell the TRAKTOR KONTROL S2 MK3, but the license of the S2 dedicated TRAKTOR is Not transferrable, so I can't transfer the license.

TRAKTOR KONTROL S2 MK3 HW can be migrated, but does this include TRAKTOR? How can I migrate?

When you sell the S3 you transfer only the hardware licence to the buyer. When they register the licence the software will be registered to their account automatically.
