More issues after update to 4.2.0.

I had some issues with settings not carrying over when updating to 4.2.0. I copied some folders over and finally got it back up. I was prepping for a wedding. When I fired up Traktor at the wedding, I had similar issues again. Everything was back to default settings. I was able to get the Collection back but then most of my songs had no stems or beat grids or whatever it's called. See screenshots. When I loaded a song to my deck it was saying "Cannot execute BPM detection due to missing transient: please analyze" But even after analysis, the same issue occurred. All this usually kicks off when Traktor tells me it can't read some log file, which I usually delete and it starts up.
What do I need to do to fix this?? And keep it from happening in the future??

Hey!
Intereseting, I will check it out and see with the team. I will get back to you asap.0 -
Thanks @Martiniix_NI
I'm afraid to troubleshoot this on my own anymore. Don't want to lose any data.0 -
Hey!
Have you tried re-analyzing your collection? This should restore the grids.0 -
This is the way.
Happens between updates every once in a while, for whatever reason.

@Martiniix_NI I have tried re-analyzing individual songs which results in the same problem telling me about missing transients. I can try doing the whole collection though if you think that will give a different result. I have ~38k songs so it may take several days.
See screen shots of results of Check Consistency and the error I keep getting.0 -
@Martiniix_NI I let it run over night. It showed "Ready…" this morning. Still have the same issue. Here's the latest after I check consistency.
What can I do next?0
