    I cannot proceed unless you do.

    You're asserting or assuming a number of things, and also taking actions you think would help, but that we have not always advised you to take. Those actions alone could be contributing to the errors here.

    As frustrating as it may seem, we really need to ask, and have answered, basic questions in order to work diligently through the troubleshooting process.

    I load the Aftermath preset from Auras, or I load the 7 phase I preset from Cycles or, I load Air Vibrations from Ethereal Earth or I load Aged Marimba from Hybrid Keys or Absolute from Massive. By the way, when I select a preset and the error message appears, the preset list changes:

    For example, I click on Monark's 2Pranged, and the error message appears, and the preset list changes.

    I don't know if that makes a difference - I can't see one in mine either (nor for Reaktor or Massixe X although Massive does have one)

    Hello, 

    Yes thanks I'm continuing the topic with Howard. He had the same problem as me with Sequoia 15.4.1. I have an appointment with the Genius Bar tomorrow, I'll tell you more. My first recommendation was to create another admin user on my laptop and reinstall to see if it works that way. Thanks in any case for your support

    I tried updating to the macOS 15.5 RC (the last beta before the official release). Overall, everything feels fast, but the problem with KK 3.4.1 and Maschine 3.1.1 still persists. Strangely, Maschine 2 is working fine. Let’s hope for the best. 🌚🖤🎶

    Hi everyone!
    So, here’s my story.
    Today I bought Scene – Nightshade. After installing it, I wasn’t able to open it in Komplete Kontrol.
    I figured I might need to update Komplete Kontrol through Native Access.
    But after updating both Native Access and Komplete Kontrol to version 3.4.1, nothing opens in Komplete Kontrol anymore, neither in standalone mode nor in Ableton Live. It just says the plugin can’t be loaded.

    After that, I uninstalled version 3.4.1 as described in Native Access and installed version 2.9.6 instead. Unfortunately, that didn’t work either. I spent the whole day trying to fix this, and it completely ruined my day

    How wonderful. Everything was working perfectly just yesterday… and the day before that… and the week before that.

    For the record, everything does open fine in Kontakt.

    And just to clarify, I didn’t have Clean My mac installed, and again, everything was working perfectly just yesterday
