Wilderbeast Synthesizer

I have been working with Reaktor since it first came out. So, like many of you all, it has been about 20 years. During those 20 years, and somewhere in that time, some dirt bag downloaded my Wilderbeast, took it apart, and labeled everything in the structure "6" or "666" « That my friends, is a lot of work! There were at least a thousand icons and ins and outs. It's really weird. Slapped a 'new' interface on it, and said "what a lucky boy am I!"
That kind of thing is widely considered: Proselytizing. Look it up

Wilderbeast was my first, and now my only ensemble that I use every day.
The original power of the Wilderbeast was mighty, but now it is just about 3x what it was. It's huge-mungous!
I enjoyed every bit of it.
NI really made a great product with Reaktor.
So 'hats off' for NI!

As for Wilderbeast? Well, I stopped sharing it after a little elf (or elves) had shown me what some folks are willing to do to be seen, and feel good about themselves.
Not me man.
But I will continue to enjoy some ensembles from the library made by grown ups.

"What is this?" A 20 year Thank You to NI, and a rant of course.

I never even heard of the Wilderbeast synth before , but it sounds very interesting , I for one would have liked to try it for myself.

I'm a bit confused by this. I posted a NKS ready mod of the GUI reskin mod (from 2006) I presume is being being referred to (by Donovan Stringer) of Wilderbeast a few years back (which also had another bank of snapshots by myself) but we thought it was created by David Hobson who was firstly fully credited, but also popped up in the thread and gave it his 'blessing'. It's not uncommon for people to mod ensembles and if the original developer is not available to contact it's not always possible to ask nicely, although always good form to try where it is possible. I don't think it was trying to steal any credit but just make a wonderful ensemble with rather complicated GUI a bit more accessible.

Unless the OP is referring to the Signature edition which is another mod

Apologies if that trod on any toes :)
