Connecting DJM-750MK2 to traktor pro 4

I am trying to connect my 750mk2 to tractor to use with my x1 mk3s and it will not connect. I’ve got it plugged into the computer and it is selected as an audio device but at the bottom it says in red ‘please connect and select audio device’ and when I go to output routing in external mode the 750 isn’t on there. I have attached some photos
