Mapping Assignment Issue on Traktor Pro 4

Hello !
I own two rp-8000 mk2's mapped with the same TSI file for Traktor,
On TP3, they were named in input and output this way (first one is left) :
rp-8000 mk2
rp-8000 mk2 #2
And the mapping assignment was saved for each one correctly.
On TP4, they are named the same :
rp-8000 mk2
rp-8000 mk2
When I assign the mapping to the first one input and output and do the same to the second one it works, but when I quit and open Traktor again, it assigns the mapping to the first rp-8000 mk2 only (because the input and output of each one are named exactly the same, I think Traktor reassigns the two mappings to the first one). I have to manually reselect the second one input and output each time I open TP4 ...
Is this a known bug ?

Doesn't seems to affect my multiple F1 and my multiple Midifighter Twisters. Try changing the MIDI channel if the device names are issue.

I think it's because you use Native hardware maybe.
Changing the midi channel, how do you do that ?

I did note that my Midifighter Twisters don't have this issue. I found the following info about your decks. Hope it helps!

I also found another DJ having the same issue with RB.

Thanks Stevan but I was already aware of that, my RP-8000 are already assigned to deck/channel 1 and 2.
I still see the same name for each one in mapping settings, input and output remain automatically assigned to first RP ...

Your best bet is reaching out to Reloop support. This seems to be issue for other people too (see my previous post).

i just got two of these decks yesterday, price was too good not to.
I was able to map 4 of the buttons to stems and the other 4 as cue points, all my other controls are mapped to my mixer denon dn-x1700. When i mapped last night when i triggered one it happened on both. Today i updated firmware and changed TT1 to midi 3 and TT2 to midi 4, i've shut down twice restarted and all is still there working perfectly.
When I got them they did say rp-8000 mk2 & rp-8000 mk2 #2 right away but i have a feeling it was the changing of the midi ports that solved and kept the separation. After this wknd I'll really know how good these are.
