PC doesn't recognize Komplete Audio 6 MK2

Hi

I have Audio 6 but when I connect to the pc it does not recognise it.

I have the drivers already tried in other usb ports and nothing.

Traktor pro says to plug on the interface.

Can someone help me?

  My Native Instruments Hardware Device is Not Recognized

  And for Traktor or your DAW you would need the ASIO driver for the KA6 mk2, as explained here:

  Are u sure are u installing the right driver? I mean, lot of people reports this problem and the main thing is that when u search for the driver u miss the right topic; I mean

  do you have Audio 6 DJ or Kontrol A6 ?
