Expansions, Reaktor Instruments all over the place on Mac

I noticed NI expansions, Reaktor Instruments, Presets are all over the place in different folders.

I recently installed presets Lilac Glare, Lucid Mission, Neon Drive and Noe Boogie.

First of all in Native Access they were labeled as KONTAKT instruments. But apparently they are Battery, Maschine and Reaktor Expansions. Not a big deal. But now I noticed they got installed into "shared" folder, I created a separate folder named "NI Reaktor & NI Expansions" to keep them more organized. But then noticed that Reaktor Factory Library and Presets are in Application folder and Documents folder. and if I drag and drop the Reaktor Monark expansions on monrak in reaktor, it gives me an error that Monark isn't found.

seriously ???

How can I move all Reaktor Instruments, presets etc to one folder and set it so all new NI reaktor expansions get installed into that folder ?

    Ya it's a mess…same on windows. It's old software that was not as organized as easy as what they have in Kontakt 8 and Maschine. I have been trying to do the same as you with trying to reorganize all of monark, Razor, Prism, etc into the user directory that Reaktor already maps to and create expansion folder names with just that instrument preset types. Then those folders show up directly in the preset browser and you can create all the folders you want. It is annoying and time consuming, but once you have it done, it's a little easier to navigate. Great instruments, poor organization.

    There is a field to set content installation directory in Native Access.

    Easiest way to fix this is to simply set the directory, uninstall anything not in there, and then reinstall it. The content will go to that directory.

    Manually organizing factory presets… ehh… I'd avoid that, personally, and just use the browser in the software (or Komplte Kontrol).
