Any actual manufacturer fixes or updates? Just got a Z1 Mk2 and have a similar problem with Traktor Pro 4. Seems kinda dumb considering this piece of hardware is made to work with this software and the issue persists yet. I did what someone else suggested, and it worked:

    • open up Traktor Pro 3
    • set “Audio Device” to Traktor Z1 MK2 ASIO Driver (ASIO)
    • close Traktor Pro 3
    • open Traktor Pro 4 and device settings automatically import and immediately work

The other Z1 WASAPI devices also worked but did not have Headphones L/R and Main L/R outputs available to select in “Output Routing” tab, only Speakers L/R. Interestingly, if you don’t open Traktor Pro 3 and go straight to 4 and try to select the same “Audio Device” as above, it doesn’t recognize it and shows a red banner at the bottom telling you to connect an audio device.

Seems like that is still the wasapi driver, just with asio in the name. Odd. Do you have another drive with Z1 mk2 (asio) that you can select?

The driver you have selected isn't correct. Have you installed the correct ASIO driver from the Downloads page on the NI website?

As already mentioned above, you are using the wrong driver.

This is the one you need:

The ASIO setup is already in your system, at:

    C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\Traktor Pro 4\Drivers

Just run the setup from there, no need to download again from NI.
