Sound on the Kontrol s88n

in Komplete Kontrol

"Hi. Help, I have a problem with sound from Kontrol s88n. There is intermittent sound that has not gone away. I have not been able to install Komplet kontrol, but I had used Kontakt 8. Could this be the problem.

    Regarding the plugin scanning for Komplete Kontrol, try resetting Komplete Kontrol's databse:

    Reinitialize the Komplete Kontrol Database

    1. Note: The "AppData" folder is hidden. See this article for instructions to access hidden Windows folders.
    2. Search through the Native Instruments folder at this location to find the Komplete Kontrol folder.
    3. Note: Deleting other NI product folders could result in unexpected behavior with other applications.
    4. Reopen the Komplete Kontrol software to check that the issue has been resolved.

    Regarding missing Reaktor products. I don't think you own any Reaktor products. I'm not sure where you bought the keyboard but with it should come a voucher for a Komplete Select bundle of your choice.

    @Hallgeir Could you give us more details? What generation is the keyboard, mk1, mk2 or mk3? What's your operating system? What kind of sound is it? At what point does it come?

    What happened with the installation of Komplete Kontrol?

    Thanks for the answer Jeremy, I have solved the first problem with sound from Mk3. A setting on in Play assist.

    But I can't open Komplet Kontrol version 3.4.1. It only shows status: Scan VST plugin (46/46) Analog labV.

    I have Kontakt Player 8 and 7 version 8.3.0. and 7.10.7. which works.

    Reaktor 6 version 6.5.0. This opens but it looks empty?

    I don't think I can use all the programs and effects and sounds that came with the basic package with MK3?

    Windows 11.

    AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor 3.60 GHz.

    Ram 32.0 GB
