Part of buttons KK S49 haven't been automatically set with Logic pro

Hello there!
I have Logic Pro 11.1.2, and my Komplete Kontrol S49 Keyboard isn't able to us such as: Loop, Metro, Tempo, Play, Rec, Stop, Undo, Quantize, Auto, M, S, Buttons using Logic pro.
I have checked Logic Pro > Control Surfaces > Setup. In the "New" menu, and "Automatic Installation" is selected.
Also I have checked
Logic Pro > Settings > Midi > Inputs > i see Komplete Kontrol S49 MK2 port 1, and Komplete Kontrol S49 MK2 port 2, and Komplete Kontrol DAW are On
I am able to navigate plugins through KK keyboard and record.

Hello Jerremy_NI !
Thank you for your answer. I have done steps to Enable full Disk Access for Komplete Kontrol, Native Instruments, NTK Daemon, Logic Pro. And I dont have those files to move them to trash:
Com.apple.logic10.plist
com.apple.logic.pro.cs
Cache.db
Cache.db-shm
Cache.db-wal
I am not availible to use Komplete Kontrol S49 Keyboard still in Logic Pro. I can navigate plugins of Komplete Kontrol through Komplete Kontrol Keyboard. And use the keyboard for recording. But all the buttons mentioned above starting from Loop, are not available

You do have these files, please read the article carefully. These files are in the user library of your Mac, not the local library.
- Click the GO menu at the top of the screen.
- Hold down the OPTION key to reveal the Library option in the menu, and select it.
- n the window that appears, navigate to the following places and move these files to the Trash.
- MacHD / Users / Admin / Library / Caches / com.apple.logic10 / Cache.db, Cache.db-shm, Cache.db-wal
- MacHD / Users / Admin / Library / Preferences / com.apple.logic.pro.cs
- MacHD / Users / Admin / Library / Preferences / com.apple.logic10.plist

Hi, Jeremy. I have found those files and moved them to trash, clean up the trash and restart my MAC. I can see the logic pro interface looks renewed. The buttons listed above arent still functioning due to what is written on them. but Loop Play Rec Stop are giving a same sound as the chosen plugin for keyboardkeys. So Metro tempo undo quantize auto arent responding or giving light at all.
My Operating system is Mac OS Sequioa 15.3

Can you try the following?
- Disconnect the keyboard or power it off
- Applications > Utilities > Audio MIDI Setup
- In the top menu bar, select Window > Show MIDI Studio.
- Select the Kontrol S MK2 and click the "-" button (or press the del key on your computer keyboard).
Reconnect the keyboard, open Komplete Kontrol in standalone and check if everything is functional, then in Logic.

Hello, Jeremy! I have followed your instructions, and when I opened keyboard and komplete control i could see that i can navigate plugins without hearing them without logic. When i connected logic pro i still was not able to use those buttons to navigate metronome and others, buttons work as a keys, i hear the notes as if i would press keys from higher octave

Have you followed all the steps in this post?
Do Logic and Komplete Kontrol have full disk access?
If you have done all that and it's still not working, we have seen a couple of cases where reinstalling Logic fixed the issue.

What exact model of S49 are you using?
If this is a MK1 and you are attempting to use it with Komplete Kontrol 3 with Logic - that combo will cause all those buttons to not work.

If you delete this file:
Macintosh HD/Users/Your user name/Library/Preferences/com.apple.logic10.plist
That should reset Logic to default, without the need of reinstalling Logic.
Make sure that Logic is not open when you delete the said file. It's in the user library:
Note: the User Library folder is hidden. To access it, click on Go in the menu bar and press down the
Alt key. You'll now find the Library entry in the menu:
Here is the process to uninstall/reinstall Logic:
1. Uninstalling Logic Pro:
- Open the Finder and navigate to the Applications folder.
- Locate the Logic Pro application and drag it to the Trash.
2. Reinstalling Logic Pro:
- Open the App Store and search for "Logic Pro".
- Click the "Update" button if an update is available, or "Get" if it's not currently installed.
- If prompted, enter your Apple ID password to begin the download and installation.
I had created a request for you but you stopped replying to my colleagues after a while so now the ticket is closed, do you want me to create a new request and forward it to our specialists again?
