Kontakt 8 player and preset selection going to default

HI for some reason many of my kontakt libraries when selecting a preset from the library browser panel on the left of kontakt and then later clicking the right or left preset arrows in the instrument panel causes the next preset to be the default preset rather than the next preset from the one I had selected initially. Why this strange behavior? It is repeatable and predictable. Almost as if Kontakt doesnt retain the preset position correctly from the library browser.

    It also happens if I close the kontakt GUI and reopen it and then press those arrow selectors. It alwasy goes to the init preset so i lose my place

    Is this happening for all libraries? Can you check with a NI library, so we can see if the issue is reproducible on our side? Also wha's your operating system, DAW, etc…?

    It happens on Luftrums libraries Lunaris 2 and Bioscape. he doesnt know why or how to fix it .

    Ok, so you contacted the manufacturer already? Could you make a small video showcasing the issue, step by step?

    Just to be sure : Is this happening using Kontakt 8 Player standalone ? And also to get to next preset then you only click once or do you click more times ? (you should only click once then wait for the snapshot to load)(the manual says : Please note that snapshots don’t load instantly. Depending on your computer specs, a snapshot can take anything from 2-6 seconds to load, depending on how many layers are active.)
