S2 MK3 Crossfader stopped functioning properly.

So the crossfader on my 4 month old S2 MK3 yesterday in middle of a mix just seemed to freak out. The fader behaves very eratic and bounces back off the left side when moving fader to deck A. Ive everything, reinstall tractor 4 new usb cables. default settings for controller etc. Im running it on a macbook but sam results on Mac mini and with Traktor pro 3. Blowing out crossfader as well as Deoxit fader f5 lube did not solve the issue. I understand these are not able to be calibrated and arent replaceable??? What kind of shananigans is that? ANyone else experience this? Ive opened up a ticket with Support seeing its basically new bought in January and never abused.

    This sounds like a hardware problem. Either the fader is broken or there is some dirt in the contact area. I think there are some sprays that can help. Support should know how to proceed.

    Yes, that was my first guess. And after a day or still waiting to find out what next5 steps would be from support.I sprayed ther fader down wi Deoxit fader lube like Ive done millions times before with other equipment. This had no effect wehich is leading me to think its a goner.

    how long does it take for someon to get back to you for warranty/service/support. I recieved email; stating a ticket number but thats it and was like 5 days ago now. ANyone from NI here that can give me some time frame?

    I use the air compressor with nozzle for heavy dirt at the gas station🤣

    Now for some odd reason my right Jog wheel ids way too loose and no amount of re calibrating it and adjusting the pitch bend sensitivity etc is bringing it back o the right tension. Im regretting getting this controller now;
