Why Can't I see Battery Controls in KK

Hi all,

So I've had Komplete 14 for a while now but just recently picked up an S88 MKII (mainly for the piano players who visit the studio) but have been exploring KK a little.

However, when I load a Battery patch in KK I can only see half of the interface for some reason? I can't see any of the controls for the individual cells/samples like the envelopes or engine or filter. What am I doing wrong? Is it worth re-installing to try and fix it?
