Why my kontrol MK3 s49 screen is flashing white, and changing to the wrong color of my display?

Hey guys I'm here to ask for help, coz I didn't seen anyone else's with this problem. So I tried to update my Firmware of m mk3 s49 Kontrol Keyboard, but I think something went wrong.
I So before my main OS was windows, and now I'm using MacOS Monterey for music. Before I plugged the hardware, and everything was fine, nothing was weird about the screen on the keyboard. When I installed the hardware services from the native Access 2, it asked me to download the updater.
I couldn't download the last version because it wasn't supported on my mac version. I downloaded the right one, but before I did that I noticed my instrument's art was showing the wrong color. like purple or blue, and the library list was all wrong as well.
Also the Display Resolution was low, it wasn't like that before. I picked a macbook with Saquia
to try to install the update the Firmware, but when I connected, it kinda fixed it self, but I still see the screen flashing, and wanted to display the wrong color.
Did anyone had this issue? coz This it's completely new to me. At least the keyboard still works, but this is annoying. does NI or anyone have any idea?
Also I updated the Firmware with my last windows device, and the screen was still having this issue. weirdly enough, I gave up last night, and when I wake up everything was better with it.
what I'm trying to say is, please help

I honestly don't know, but to me, this sounds like a loose video connector on the inside somewhere.

now the display is Fading.. and it's super unresponsive. what hell

Hello,
I think in this case best would be to contact support. If the keyboard otherwise works except the screens then power should be no issue, so I would guess something went wrong while updating the firmware or it's some hardware failing.

by the way… DITCH the AI! that thing is annoying. I just wanted to talk to a real person. what a headache.

If the AI makes some proposals and you already have tried them, or the don't apply, you simply say it has not helped. Then you will be forwarded to a real person, native will contact you via mail, at least it was that way if I had contact support not that long ago.
