Native Acess intrument add

Hi, I bought a used Traktor S2 a while ago and I just started to have some issues with it. I'm suspecting that it needs some updates but i can't access my instrument on native access because the serial number of the item was use by the first buyer of the Traktor S2. Is there a way to add it on my account?

    Normal way of obtaining your software licence if you buying used NI hardware would be getting a license transfer ID from the previous owner. 

    If this is impossible, there are two alternatives:

    1.) You buy a new license for Traktor Pro 4. Your S2 may came with Traktor Pro 2 or 3 and you want or need to upgrade anyway. Current Macs don't support Traktor Pro 2 anymore and you cannot buy Traktor Pro 3 by now. 

    2.) You contact support. Go to Native Instruments site → Navigate to Support → Purchase & Account → Account Support → (scroll down) Log in to contact Support → Use the chat in the bottom right corner. Most likely you will need a proof of purchase and a picture of the serial on your device in this process.
