Button failures kontrol s4 mk2

I have to press the play and cue buttons twice to make them work, does anyone know how to modify this parameter? I don't know why it does it now and I don't see where to modify it.

Go to Preferences→Controller Manager.
At the top is a device dropdown list with all your mappings. Select and then Edit→Delete all S4 mappings by hand.
Restart Traktor, which auto-loads the S4 mapping when it is connected and powered.
Get back to us with your results.
