What 'free drums' that N.I. got is the Leap and Factory Selection drum content part of the free Komplete Start. But I don't know if there is any presets in there that counts as 'Amen Break' , also then the free Kontakt 8 Player will not allow for any sample editing other than 15 minutes demo. And also then kontakt 8 Player does not allow for using unlicensed sample libraries.
A quick Google search however turns up stuff in category 'free' like this BEST AMEN BREAK Sample PACKS ️(FREE) which in the description text below includes links to several Amen Break sample packs. Also there is a place such as SampleFocus and LooperMan.
However sine I have no way of checking all that a Google search turns up then I have to advice you to double check if what is provided for download is legit.
Generally speaking then if you want to be able to get the most out of the Native Instruments products then you have to pay. Next to the free Komplete Start then Komplete 15 Standard is the best start into the N.I. universe since that will give you the full version of all the N.I. flagship apps including Kontakt 8 and the synths. So grab the free Komplete Start now and then wait for a sale and get Komplete 15 Standard .

No, the copyright for the source track (on Metromedia Records) is owned by 43 North Broadway so it would/should not be offered for free anywhere.

There's a MIDI track for Amen, plus Funky Drummer, I got you etc.

If it’s for jungle , look for jungle warfare , the version with the amen break on it is hard to find,
but Total REX , ( by zero G , not the band ) has it and more , and recycle is free now and maschine works well with Rex files , literally drag Rex to sound and it slices to keys and adds the midi notes , all you need to do is re arrange notes , to make your own version

ks samples. look it up if you sign up for their email list you get a ton of dnb packs. literally like 10. one of them is an entire pack strictly dedicated to amen break. I had a hard time figuring out how to download them, so I hit up their customer support and within a couple days the guy sent me a link with all the free packs. also, they're one of the few companies that don't bombard your inbox just because they can. good stuff good luck.
